Rules and Regulations for Participating Agencies

1. This website is only available for participating agencies units to post their information, events, programmes, volunteer recruitment notices and nominate their volunteers to enter the quarterly Outstanding Volunteer Online Voting Competition. Other uses of this website are not allowed.
2. Information under "Service Opportunities Star" is posted and updated by respective service units concerned who are solely responsible for what was written. The information can be kept there for a maximum of 30 days. Service units may key in the information again after the expiry date if necessary. Information posted here should be accurate and up-to-date.
3. Information on this website must not contain any illegal, hostile, offensive elements or contents that infringe privacy or imply discrimination.
4. Information under "Highlights Star" page is provided by service units and updated quarterly by the webmaster.
5. The Central Committee will shortlist the nominations of the quarterly Online Outstanding Volunteer Voting Competition at first. Then the webmaster will post the names of the shortlisted candidates on the net for public voting.
6. The webmaster preserves the right to reject or delete any information inputted.
