Inroduction
To recognize the commitment and contribution of youth volunteers towards our society, the Steering Committee on Promotion of Volunteer Service of the Social Welfare Department organizes the Hong Kong Outstanding Youth Volunteers Scheme annually. The selected youth volunteers will participate in the promotional work of volunteer service in Hong Kong and exchange their experiences with other volunteers outside Hong Kong.
