Hong Kong Outstanding Youth Volunteers Scheme 2006-2007

簡介

        為表揚青年義工對社會的承擔和貢獻，社會福利署推廣義工服務督導委員會每年會選拔傑出表現的香港青年義工，安排他們參與本港義工服務的推廣工作，及與其他地區進行交流活動。

        2006-2007香港傑出青年義工計劃現已接受申請，年齡介乎十六歲至二十四歲 (以截止報名日期計)，熱心服務社會的青年義工都可以參選。今年的評審會按年齡分為兩個組別，並計劃選拔出20 位傑出的香港青年義工。

Introduction

In order to recognize the commitment and contribution of youth volunteers towards our society, the Steering Committee on Promotion of Volunteer Service of the Social Welfare Department organizes the Hong Kong Outstanding Youth Volunteers Scheme 2006-2007. The Steering Committee aims to select 20 outstanding youth volunteers. The selected youth volunteers will participate in the promotional work of volunteer service in Hong Kong and exchange their experiences with other volunteers outside Hong Kong.

Youth volunteers, aged between 16 and 24 (as of deadline of application), who are devoted to serve the community and contribute to the promotion of volunteering are welcome to apply. Applicants will be grouped and interviewed according to their age. Applicants age between 16-19 are under Group 1 and age between 20-24 are under Group 2.
