計劃主題 Theme & Objective	Paris Caf�m 與社會服務機構分享共同的理念，透過跨界別合作，Paris Caf�m分享營運咖啡店的專業知識，協助機構開辦咖啡店、關懷及幫助有需要的人士，協助他們建立良好的工作習慣及工作技巧。   Sharing the same vision, Paris Caf�m worked together with TWGHs to serve those in need. By sharing their experiences in operating a caf�m, volunteers of Paris Caf�m not only provide the working opportunities but also convey their concern to those in need.
計劃精華 Project Highlight	Paris Caf�m 協助東華三院成立及營運「樂聚亭」戶外咖啡店，義工的參與包括: 開辦咖啡店前的籌備工作、協助營運咖啡店、提供專業指導、擔任服務單位的餐飲顧問、成為「諮詢管理委員會」委員、參與每月咖啡店的工作會議、提供實務訓練予當值義工、教授營運知識、定期進行食物及環境衛生講座等。   Paris Caf�m提供轄下咖啡店場所作為參觀、訓練及實習之用、並捐贈物資及提供各種原材料作試用。   The staff volunteers assisted TWGHs to set up and managed their caf�m in their multi-complex centre. The support of volunteers included: giving support and advice on pre-opening stage, providing expert advice on operation of a caf�m, acting as the advisors and sitting in the advisory committee and rendering talks on food hygiene.   Paris Caf�m also sponsored materials and provided workplace for training purpose.
特色 Special Ideas	Paris Caf�m 提供專業指導，教授開設咖啡店的技巧和營業咖啡店的專業知識；並積極協助機構管理咖啡店。專業經營者與接受訓練者彼此交流，啟發大家設計新食品的意念。   The project makes full use of the volunteers' expertise to support the operation of the Caf�m.   The exchange of experiences inspires both the staff and the trainees with more innovative design of food.
成效 Achievement	計劃提供了308人次的訓練職位，訓練對象合共66名，包括精神病康復者、退休人士、青年學生和長者。   A total of 308 training opportunities were provided. The 66 beneficiaries included mentally-rehab persons, retired citizen, youth and elderly.

計劃主題 Theme & Objective	運用集團在建築及物業維修方面的業務專長，策動集團旗下的企業義工，協助受石硤尾�h重建計劃影響的獨居或合住長者，在搬遷過程中提供一站式的義工服務，讓長者以開懷的心情遷入新居，在新社區安享晚年。   The project makes use of the company's expertise on building and construction to serve those elderly affected by the Redevelopment of Shek Kip Mei Estate. The project aims to help the elderly moving in their new homes happily and in the long run better adjusted to the new community.
計劃精華 Project Highlight	為受石硤尾�h重建影響的長者住戶提供一站式的義工服務，包括關懷及實質的協助，例如: 幫助長者了解重建政策、搬遷前後的慰問探訪、協助長者選擇單位、驗樓、執漏、搬遷和清潔，亦教導長者使用新居的電梯、煤氣及平安鐘等設施。   參與上一期石硤尾�h重建的義工同事不單參與義工服務，同時亦參與本計劃的培訓工作，將經驗和心得與其他同事分享。   The volunteer team provided one-stop service ranging from care and concern visits, explanation to the elderly on the rehousing plan, accompanied and assisted the elderly in building inspection, removal and house renovation, and advice them on proper use of building facilities.   Staff volunteers who assisted in a similar project in previous years joined this project and assisted to train the new volunteers.
特色 Special Ideas	透過與政府部門及社會服務機構攜手合作，發揚「民、商、官」的義工服務模式。   運用集團在建築及物業維修等方面的業務知識和經驗，凝聚不同專業背景的同事的專長(例如建築部、工程監察部和物業管理部的同事)提供服務。   The project demonstrated cross-sector cooperation among the non-governmental agency, corporations and governmental departments.   Mobilizing colleagues with background of construction, building inspection and estate management, the project makes full use of the corporate expertise to serve the elderly.
成效 Achievement	為200位受重建計劃影響的長者提供服務 200 elderly received service from this project.

義工隊名稱 Name of Volunteer Team	煤氣溫馨義工隊 Towngas Volunteer Service Team
計劃主題 Theme & Objective	煤氣公司維修技術員在進行定期上門煤氣爐具安全檢查時，同時為『一線通平安鐘』服務使用者免費測試平安鐘，並教育長者正確使用平安鐘的方法，確保長者可得到適切之緊急支援及全面關懷服務，保障長者的家居安全。   The technicians of Towngas, in addition to their daily regular inspection on gas appliances, provided free check-ups of the Personal Link Emergency Link (PE Link) system for the elderly; so as to render care and concern to the elderly and ensure them a safe living environment.
計劃精華 Project Highlight	配合煤氣公司技術員每天在全港上門客戶定期進行煤氣安全檢查和測試，在定期檢查受惠客戶的爐具時，技術員多花5分鐘為長者進行平安鐘檢查。   服務開始前，長者安居服務協會安排培訓課程給煤氣公司的技術員，讓技術員掌握平安鐘的結構外，更學習與長者相處的技巧。   As a daily operation, the technicians of Towngas rendered on-the-spot inspection of gas appliances. With an addition of five minutes' work, the technicians can conduct check-ups for the elderly on their PE Link system.   The partnering organization, the Senior Citizen Home Safety Association, rendered training course to the technicians for better understanding of the PLE system as well as the skills to relate to the elderly.
特色 Special Ideas	計劃配合公司技術員每天定期進行的安全檢查和測試而進行，公司只需投放極少資源便能有效地服務有需要的長者。   加強技術員的溝通技巧不單提昇客戶服務水平；同時亦提升維修技術員對長者之關懷及對自己家中長者之關心。   把義工服務溶入日常工作中，讓更多同事接觸義工服務，從而提昇他們對義工服務的興趣。   With minimal input of resources, the project successfully reached out and helped those elderly in need.   In return, the technicians improved their communication skills with the customers, and their concern for the elderly was also raised.   The project makes volunteering part of the daily life and it provided a chance for more staff to get a taste of volunteering.
成效 Achievement	13000長者接受了此項服務 Over 13000 elderly benefited

計劃名稱 Project Name	「故事伴讀計劃」 Companion Storytelling Scheme
義工隊名稱 Name of Volunteer Team	新創建愛心聯盟 NWS Volunteer Alliance
計劃主題 Theme & Objective	以故事啟發兒童成長，透過各種與故事相關的遊戲和活動，提升孩子語言和溝通能力，啟發他們的創意和認知。   Through story-telling, plays and other interesting activities, the project aims to raise the children's interests in language and enhance their communication and language skills, and inspire them with creativity.
計劃精華 Project Highlight	平均每月舉行一次「故事伴讀計劃」活動，內容主要圍繞「讀」、「寫」、「聽」、「 講」故事四方面。   活動包括講故事、遊戲及話劇。義工以一對一形式與小朋友一起閱讀中文和英文故事書，教導小朋友認識生字和正確的讀音；並與小朋友一同創作故事，以口述或話劇形式表達出來。   集團同時呼籲員工捐出兒童圖書，送贈予安徒生會及兒童夢工場；並捐贈傢俬、音響器材和電腦等予童話夢工場。   NWS Alliance Volunteers held the storytelling programme every month.   The volunteers rendered one-to-one tutorial to the children. By storytelling, interactive games and plays, the children strengthen their skills on reading, writing, listening and oral communication.   NWS invited the staff to donate children books, furniture and other facilities to Hans Anderson Club, the partnering organization, to build up their library corner.
特色 Special Ideas	「故事伴讀計劃」運用了新創建集團的內部資源，例如舉辦「親親巴士行」活動，由義工陪同小朋友參觀巴士廠的設施，然後以「巴士」為主題創作故事。   The project makes use of the corporate resources: the children visited the bus deport with the volunteers. There they had a touch with the buses and facilities and they made many creative stories during their Bus Deport Tour.
成效 Achievement	221人次的兒童接受服務，80%兒童表示消除了對閱讀英文故事的恐懼。   The project served children of 221 times. 80% of the children reported that their fears of reading English storybook were eliminated.

計劃名稱 Project Name	「九鐵滿載關心」行動之《增廣見鐵路遊》 Educational Tour of KCRC Destination Care Campaign
義工隊名稱 Name of Volunteer Team	九鐵義工隊 KCR Corporate Volunteer Team
計劃主題 Theme & Objective	為支持政府的扶貧措施，扶持下一代克服跨代貧窮的困境，九鐵運用鐵路運輸網絡，為居住在偏遠地區的青少年提供到市區增廣見聞的機會。   Echoing with the governmental policy on alleviation and reduction of inter-generational poverty, KCRC launched this project for the youth living in Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tin Shiu Wai to provide them opportunity to get connected with the society.
計劃精華 Project Highlight	服務對象為屯門、元朗及天水圍區年齡介乎十歲至十五歲的青少年，由社會福利署及非牟利團體自行組織學生參加，並由九鐵義工隊陪同出發。   利用九鐵特有資源 - 鐵路運輸，為新界西北區的青少年安排免費交通往尖沙咀及參觀博物館。義工隊沿途更與青少年互相分享，介紹自己工作崗位的職務、鐵路服務及安全乘車守則，與及參觀地點的特色。   The project aims to serve teenagers aged between 10 to 15 living in Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tin Shiu Wai, who were referred by Social Welfare Department and other Non-governmental Organizations.   KCRC volunteers accompanied the youth participants in the train tour. The participants were brought to Tsim Sha Tsui by free-ride where they visited the museum.   The volunteers introduced to the youth the safety message, daily operation of the railway network system, and highlights of the sceneries and places they visited during the ride.
特色 Special Ideas	計劃利用九鐵的特有資源 - 鐵路運輸(西鐵鐵路系統)，輔以接駁巴士，提供免費運輸服務。   The project makes use of the most special resources of KCRC - the West Rail Train and the free feeder bus to support the launching of volunteer project with free transport system.
成效 Achievement	安排共16團的鐵路遊活動，約有300名青少年參與。   16 tours were arranged serving a total of 300 children and youth.

計劃名稱 Project Name	小天使送暖行動 Operation Secret Santa
義工隊名稱 Name of Volunteer Team	美國通用電器義工隊 GE Volunteers
計劃主題 Theme & Objective	服務深水涉區有需要的兒童，鼓勵他們從小開始關心身邊的人，學習與人分享的美德，並體會「施比受更為有福」的道理。   Serving the deprived children in Sham Shui Po District: encourage them to care for others at young age and to reinforce the thought and joy of giving.
計劃精華 Project Highlight	邀請小朋友寫下他們希望為身邊親友達成的願望，寄給聖誕老人。   義工隊成立評審團，選出20 個最有意義和感人的心願，讓願望成真。這些願望包括: 為內地居住的兄長送上一部輪椅、為山區兒童送上衣物，以及為鄰居的嬰兒送上奶粉。這些願望傳達到美國通用電器員工數個小時後，大部份已獲得員工的支持及捐贈。   禮物在義工安排的聖誕派對中送出，每一位獲選的「小天使」亦獲發証書，以表揚他們對他人的關懷。每一位參加「小天使送暖行動」的小朋友亦獲邀一同渡過愉快的聖誕。   The children were invited to write to Santa Clause a wish for someone they loved and cared.   20 best written and most meaningful letters were selected and the volunteers made these wishes come true. These wishes included: a wheel-chair for a disabled brother in China, donation of clothes to those needy in rural Mainland China and milk power to the baby living next door. These 'wishes' were circulated among the colleagues. The responses were overwhelming and within hours, most of the targets were achieved.   All of the children were invited to the Christmas Party. The gifts were presented in the party and the "winning letter writer" (the Little Angel) were awarded certificates for their care and concern to others.
特色 Special Ideas	讓小朋友學習「施比受更為有福」的道理之餘，更感染他們身邊的親友以及義工，珍惜眼前的所有。   To provide an opportunity not only to the children, but also their family members and the volunteers, to treasure what they have, and understand the meaning of 'better to give than to receive'.
成效 Achievement	在收到的132份申請中，20個願望得以成真。   Among 132 applications received, 20 of them became dreams come true.
