Training Course for Corporate Volunteer Teams 2009
社會福利署推廣義工服務督導委員會與社會服務機構緊密合作，舉辦專為企業管理人員而設的訓練課程，透過理論講解及實務技巧訓練，讓參加者掌握義工服務及管理企業義工隊的知識和技巧，以便參加者完成課程後可以在工作環境上順利推行企業義工服務。
The Steering Committee on Promotion of Volunteer Service of the Social Welfare Department works closely with welfare organizations to provide suitable training course on corporate volunteering to managerial staff of corporations. The course is designed for the personnel from corporations who can benefit from learning to develop and manage their volunteers more effectively. The personnel completed the course is able to serve as resource and coordinating persons of volunteer management and development in their workplace.
課程目標
本課程透過不同的訓練、參觀及實踐活動，讓企業人員體驗服務他人的喜樂，並鼓勵參加者將學習的理論及技巧應用於發展及管理企業義工隊，建立企業內「關懷弱勢社群」的文化，推廣愛心企業的形象。
．提昇企業人員對義工服務的認識，並掌握帶領及推行活動的技巧；
．提昇企業人員對義工服務的認同，加強服務社群經驗；及
．提昇企業人員帶領及管理企業義工隊的能力。
