社會福利署推廣義工服務督導委員會 The Steering Committee on Promotion of Volunteer Service, Social Welfare Department
背景 社會福利署「推廣義工服務督導委員會」自1998年開展「義工運動」以來，得到社會各界的支持和認同。近年來，各企業參與義工服務不遺餘力，為建設和諧社會積極付出，並取得理想成果。 為表揚企業在推廣義工服務的貢獻，「推廣義工服務督導委員會」定期舉辦企業義工計劃比賽；藉此激發義工服務新思維，鼓勵更多企業積極運用社會資源參與義工運動，共同建設和諧的社會。 Background The launch of the Volunteer Movement by the Steering Committee on Promotion of Volunteer Service since 1998 received favorable support from various sectors. The active participation by corporations in building up a caring and harmonious community through volunteer service had yielded promising outcome.   In order to recognize the contribution of various corporations in volunteer service, the Steering Committee on Promotion of Volunteer Service held volunteer project competition regularly, so as to stimulate innovations in volunteer services, and encourage more corporations participate in volunteer movement through utilizing social resources in co-creating a caring and harmonious community.
